If you have a problem with PayPal (and let's face it if you are a business, you are going to have problems with PayPal), and there is some too-ing and fro-ing of emails. Eventually after maybe 3 replies; they stop answering. That is very annoying to legitimate customers. No doubt there are some people who argue unreasonably and maybe the best solution for them is to stop responding. But I think PayPal are big enough and rich enough to respond to all emails and they should legally be obliged to do so.
